Understanding the complex nature of learning experience design, I hold duel Masters degrees; a Master's in Education (M.Ed) focusing on Instructional Design & Technology, complemented by a Master's in Information Science and User Experience Design. I have also dedicated time to coursework in Educational Neuroscience and brain-based learning at the State University at Albany. This multidisciplinary foundation allows me to architect learning experiences that respect the learner’s biological and cognitive capacity, while understanding the needs from a web-based user-experience perspective.

Additionally, I hold certifications in DiSC, MBTI, Hogan, CliftonStrengths, and Emotional Intelligence, and co-authored the 2025 Brandon Hall award-winning programs in both Emotional Intelligence and leadership concepts. My ability to craft and facilitate impactful learning as well as leadership and team building training programs caters to the needs of diverse professional audiences, corporations, universities, and non-profit organizations.

I have previously worked as both a full-time employee and contractor/consultant for multiple biopharmaceutical companies, large corporations like Google and Total Wine and Spirits, universities across the U.S. and Canada, and non-profit organizations in New York State.

As a master facilitator as well an eLearning designer, I offer a wide range of services from in-person or online instructor-led coursework to asychronous eLearning solutions.
